High protein waffles

Ingredients:

Makes 4 waffles

  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2-3 tsp sugar (to taste)

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients together well
  2. Cook on waffle iron and enjoy!
